Subject: [Gym] Reduce day-to-day stat decay

At present, it's very difficult to maintain gym stats for extended use. Every New Day, it decays 20% of its current value, meaning after only a few cycles it's necessary to go back and work them up again. Having a high HP to convert to such stats, I can't even use the ideal stat distribution on the same day because i'd work myself down to zero Stamina, unable to eat my way back.

The simple answer seems to be to end every day in Squat Hole, raising your stats higher than you'd like in order to get the ones you want on NewDay. Am I missing something?

Well i'm not sure where the free lunch here is, considering how much I invested into getting the HP in the first place.

Now that I find something I can do with all of it, it would be nicer to hold onto it for a bit longer than presently possible, considering i'd lose an entire day to convert it.

You can use the gym when you're all out of stamina, thankfully.
