Way back when, it seemed to be a thing that Monthly Mementos would appear in the Hunter's Lodge for general sale one year after they were released as monthly mementos.
Was it decided that this would no longer be a thing, or is CMJ just really behind with it? Wink

As in: noone bought them, or as in donations went down as people realised that they could just wait and buy it later? Or some combination of the two?

If the issue is that them being in the Hunter's Lodge doesn't actually increase donations, is there any way to link them directly to donations?

Both. Very few people bought the old ones, and donations dropped too.
