I'm not quite sure I picture all of the towns having pubs in them. Or at least ones like the Prancing Spiderkitty.
I think that's the sticky point with Kittania especially, that a bar doesn't quite seem to fit in well.
Now if these were a social club area of sorts, which acted like the PSK does, then I feel more satisfied.
That being said some suggestions already made are pretty good, but it's hard to resist adding my 2 req.
Cyber City 404:
*Refrigerant
*Cooling Fluids. These first two play off the fact that robots have to worry about overheating
*The Rusty Cog
*Count Zero Interrupt. Shameless ripoff, I know.
Squat Hole:
*Piss N Swill N Piss
*The Skronky Mug
*Jus' Drink it, Will ya?!
Ace High:
*Milk or Death!
*Korova Milk Bar. Milk seems a fitting complement to the cake also served in the town, although Kittymorphs might find milk bars a better fit. Tea also would seem to fit in here.
*Whistling Kettle
*Lucky Pint
New Home:
*Oliver's Twist
*Newb Bar
Kittania:
*Kit Kat Club. I know someone already suggested the Kit Kat Bar, which reminded me of a more obscure reference.
*Juicy Fruits. Why yes I think a juice bar would do well, fruits, veggies, meats.
*The Napping Kittymorph
New Pittsburgh: (Hard to top Spinal Tap, imo)
*Coffin Juice
*The Embalmer's
Pleasantville:
*Happy Hour
*The Cheerful Chipmunk
* Pint o' Lethe
Lions. Lions the whole way up.

I almost think the Squat Hole names have too much thought going into them. What about simply...
Booz.
Who has time to check spelling? There's drinks to be drunk!
I await Hairy Mary's response... voice of the midget party!

Well I have to admit, I was thinking of suggesting "Pub" for Squathole, but "Booz" is better. As for spelling, well, they can't. Most midgets couldn't spell the word 'A'. The Skronkys have a semi-illiterate mutant who was a drop out from Pleasentville society to do their writing for them.
While I'm here: The Lucky Foot (Kittiania)

Risking copyright infringement (about as much as half of the game's monsters, at least) I would suggest Cheers for the Kittania pub. If you've ever seen the show, you might be able to see where I make the connection.
So far my favorite suggestion of all is The Ugly Mug for Pleasantville, just because it's so fitting in an OOC sense... though I don't think the Mutants would take kindly to the inference. How about A Dark and Stormy Pint?
Squat Hole: pub on a highly-vandalised sign.
New Home: Speedy Pete's or something generically human like that.
Aaaaaand I'm out of ideas.

DISCLAIMER: I haven't read through the entire thread, so if I have unwittingly duplicated a suggestion, all credit goes of course to the person who posted first, plus a high five for our shared good taste.
Ace High
- The Shamrock: Only Jokers can see the sign and entryway. To everyone else, it's just "A great bloody boulder" and when they try to enter, they have a small chance of finding the invisible door, but a much larger chance of walking smack into the boulder and losing some HP. Or, they could just wait around until they see a Joker walk in and follow them, I suppose. Unless the door moves around...!
- The [Rank] of [Suit]: Dead simple bit of code, generates the name of the pub every game day randomly from an array containing whatever ranks and suits you like. At its simplest, you might restrict ranks to Ace, King, Queen and Jack and suits to the four familiar ones. Personally, I'd throw in a few surprises to generate names like The Knave of Kumquats or The Seventy of Spades; not so many that the name seems completely random (the [noun] of [nouns]) but just enough for a rare chuckle. I like this name because it reflects the shifting, mercurial nature of Jokers.
- Soup Kitchen: The #1 place to go to satisfy your hearty broth cravings.
- The Riffle & Bridge: Common card shuffling technique.
NewHome
- O'Bligatory's Irish Pub: I'm a bad, bad man. Moving on...
- The Drafty Draught: This outpost is packed full of people who are completely naked and have no idea what's going on. Every day they pick up their free grenades and wander into the pub for a pint or two. It's a wonder any building is still standing in NewHome, really.
- NewPub: Maybe the entire outpost is owned by a corporation with an obnoxious branding strategy.
Cyber City 404
- Pub Not Found: I bet somebody's already suggested this, but just in case, there it is. Joke is made.
- The Short Circuit: What happens when you pour beer into a computer? This one has probably been suggested already, too.
- Lubricant: That's all the sign says—"Lubricant." When you ask the locals what the name of the pub is, they just give you a blank stare.
- The Triple Point: Named for the bar's signature cocktail—slightly pressurized acetylene served around -80 degrees Celsius. Only a robot would be able to drink it, but as a hydrocarbon it would make a decent fuel. Anyway, I think we can all agree that it would be very cool. Please don't hurt me.

And, I don't know if our opinions are actually factoring in or not, but I'm jumping on the bandwagon as far as "The Spinal Tap" being absolutely perfect for New Pittsburgh. I can't even imagine suggesting something else after hearing that idea.

Ok, here's a few more:
(I kinda skimmed through the thread, so if I repeat someone, take it as a compliment and flattery)
CC404
The Memory Leak
The Ethernet Pub
Pub 0x194 (Kinda geeky)
Squat Hole
The Runny Discharge (Upon entering, you find that the name is a fairly accurate description of the the drinks)
NewHome
Naked Wednesdays
Kittania
The Sunny Sill
I saw lots better while skimming; these are just my 2 req worth =)

There's been a few good names already, so it's going to be hard to come up with something new.
I can't come up with anything better than what's already been said for CC404, AH or NP, so I'll give my shot on the other 3:
For NewHome, it should be something generic, as humans are supposed to be generic.
Perhaps 'Joe's pub', merge it with diner to get 'Joe's Pub And Diner', seeing as Joe already owns all the dojos and the diner in NewHome.
Or how does 'Drive Inn' sound? As II-generic as it gets, I think.
For Kittania, I'd say 'Watcher's Pet' sounds about right.
Pleasantville should be something horribly poetic. Perhaps 'The Clenching Sphincter'.
How about 'The delicately refined vomit inducer establishment'?

I like The Torment of Existence Weighed Against the Horror of Nonbeing for Pleasantville, except that a C&H reference probably isn't appropriate for a pub name.

I'm sure referencing isn't such an issue.

Well, it's one thing to have a pop culture reference or a funny, recognizable joke in a monster description or a game mechanic. It seems slightly another thing to start naming your supposedly unique locations in your supposedly unique world after them. But hey, since Bill Watterson probably doesn't care for DP, I'd be happy to claim them on his behalf if the Writers That Be want to take the suggestion.

This Squat Hole suggestion is dedicated to Bernard.
The Caulk-End Tavern
Mostly because the midget's would enjoy the name so very much...
"Lessgit some fookin' booze!"
"Where yer wanna go?"
"Fookin Caulk-End."
"Whaddid yer call me?"
[brawl ensues]
