I figured it was about time we started one of these. Any little question that isn't important enough to warrant its own thread? Give it a home here. Any comments or ideas that likewise aren't big enough to start a thread for? Again, right here.
I'll start.
Hey, CMJ. Is there a level cap to skills? Could I, for instance, increase my cooking to level 152, or would it stop at 99 or something?

Level cap is 100, and costs per level are exponential.
You might think it's easy to get to level 25 - but trust me, getting to level 100 is gonna be pretty damned hard.

Well, heck. Now you gone and done challenged me!
Cooking is currently my primary goal, for some reason. I hope to be the first to hit 100....Speaking of which, could you add the skills to HoF? It would fun to compare our progress in our chosen field(s) with that of other players.

*chuckles* That's certainly a good goal, too. Gain the speed of an Olympic runner, but only when being chased by a plastic bag!

Here's another one I'm wondering about, but I don't want to bump its buried thread to post it so here it shall go!
You said there would be trainers for skills at locations out on the map and not only in towns. I really like this idea, but with how much more difficult it is to travel at first (and without mounts) I was wondering if you had any out there yet. I do want to go on a giant island romp at some point, but I want to do it when I know there's something hidden for me to find, so do you have anything other than random crates out there currently?

Nothing just yet - although I should mention that there are a LOT of crates out there that haven't been found.

*puts on his walking boots*
Then, a-hunting for crates I shall go!
Wait... I lack feet to put those boots on. Oh dear, that may be a problem.

Speaking of the random crates, I have another question. When all of those are found, is that it? No more crates? Or will they eventually respawn?

They respawn continually - ten crates per day at present, although I plan to tie that into a formula based on number of active players. Like eBoy's.

Alright, I understand the 10 new boxes per day, but what about old ones?
Are they deleted, or do they still float around?
And is that per game day, or real day?
I must say, I'm looking forward to those other bonuses.
Race you to them, Fergus!

Boxes only go away when they're found. They don't move around. Ten new ones every game day.

Thanks.
What I meant by "float around" was; stay there until they're found.
So, essentially, if people rarely explore, we could end up with 100 crates of stuff around the Island? How about a cap of, say, 20?

I see no need for a cap, besides the island is too large to have 20 as the limit.
And James, you're on... once I figure out how to get on my walking boots...

Will there be a HoF for each level of DKs? Seems sort of hollow to finish the game on difficulty 5 if it looks the same as a DK on difficulty 1...

I was wondering if it would be possible to add red color to the number or to the number and word 'new' for the distractions in the line at the top of the page in the default skin.
