We've now passed the 100-year mark on the World Community Grid folks! And to think that, less than half a year ago, we were all happy about making 50.
Go WCG IIland team!

Really? DOUBLE are work of leaving our computers on in less than 4 months? IMPROBABLE! I'M IN!
I make the many models of a mutant individual. To make them I use vegetables, animals, and minerals. From robot bugs to zombie bears to many singing barnacles.

Also, pretend I can spell 'our'.

Chim, I'm pretending, but it isn't working out very well.
 No I'm kidding.

If only I could install it on all the computers where I work we would get there probably in a week or less. I do know someone in IT that can push it to the thousands of workstations we have.....

It's more possible than improbable.
If we use the assumptions that: no one else joins and that everyone who has joined only runs it on one computer. It means that everyone only needs to contribute roughly half a day (more precisely 11 hours and 36 minutes and 10 seconds) worth of work everyday.
If we follow this then it would give us 6 days of breathing room.
Without any breathing room it would be approximately 10 hours, 56 minutes and 23 seconds of work everyday under the same assumptions.
