do you mean along the lines of 'whose line is it anyway'?
scenes from a hat, party quirks, dating game, foreign film dub, catch phrase, alphabet dialogue, move the mannequin
check out this channel on youtube to see it in action, slash, get other ideas.

Here are some websites with ideas:

If you need to know even more about improv games, let me know - I planned an Improv unit for a grade 11 class during my teaching practicum last year.

There's a great book out there somewhere called "Impro" that has a lot of improv info.
Two of my favorite games are really simple:
"It's tuesday" and "Can You Sign this?" (same game, different setup)
Players line up, first person "on stage", second person comes up and says "It's tuesday" or "Can you sign this?" in some fashion, the first person has to respond to the way it's said. Really just a line or two. Good for a warm-up
Also:
Four Person monologue: 4 people standing in a row, given a (basic idea of a) character (profession, expert at something) and this character is giving a speech. First person starts the speech, moderator gives a signal and the first person goes to the back, second person picking up the speech exactly where the first left off. etc. etc. until all 4 people have spoken two or three times. note: Each "player" can use their own take on the character, and that usually ends up being the most fun.
there's a few others I used to know off the top of my head but I haven't done improv in years.
Look up "Bang" and "Zip Zap Zop". Both also good warm-ups.
Isn't sanity just a one-trick pony anyway? All you get is one trick: rational thinking.
But when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, the sky's the limit.
