The Enquirer is far from an ideal venue for reporting bugs, but we need someplace to capture what we notice. This thread is only meant to be an early-days place-holder until CMJ can set up something better, say in GitHub.

Try to make it one message per bug -- and one bug per message.

If someone else has already reported something, don't post just to say "Me too."



NOTE ADDED: Despite the big notice at the top of the page, petitions do work on the beta server. (Sort of work. They'll go away in a reset.) Don't report bugs that way. Report them here. CMJ is not going to be reading the beta petitions, but I will. Only use a petition to ask for badnav rescue.

Description:
Having built two extension rooms and two doors.

In the Undecorated Rooms off my Front Room, this appears below the chat area:

Built new room plus door.

Go through door to new room, get this in the room.

Okay, all these things should be fixed now!

Probably not really related to places in particular, but when I try to move, I'm getting:

This seems wrong in multiple ways - it might be related to me being overburderned, but it still seems wrong.

Ah, a bit more testing confirms that it lists the place I can't move to for any direction with a movement cost above a certain amount (modified by my pack, I assume)

Description:
After taking certain actions, I seem to lose the ability to go back to continue working, and need to leave to the island map and re-enter.
Specifically, this occurred after I added rock to a new room. Options were reduced to "show inventory" and "back to map".

When complete a room at the same time as another player, it seems the room was completed and both our materials were used up. I was expecting a message about being too slow or something here. Not a huge deal, but worth noting I think.

Customized furniture still shows the default text when sleeping in it.
Checked it by bringing it back to Cadfael, and there the customized description can be seen in the text box for customizing.

Not sure if it's a bug, but it would definitely be appreciated if building and scavenging actions had their costs listed.

Type: Commentary Deletion and Restoration

Description: Trying to click Del or UNDel does not delete or add the comment. Mass Delete works normally, albeit with now irretrievable comments.

This occurs whether you're trying to remove a comment from your room or put it back. GREM works normally.

This occurs on either Story or Banter.
