Don't know a contraption from a contrivance? Help is at hand! Tell me what you want your room to do and I'll write (and test as best I can) a program for you.
This service is provided free of charge.

Trading!
Worried about wasting a day and not finding the item you wanted? Now everything you find is useful.
Just distract me (Wongo the Sane) with a list of what you want, where you'd like it delivered, and what you're trading it for, and wait for it to appear in your building inventory.
Payment on delivery
Some high demand (or perceived high demand) items have been classified as 'Rare' - four common pieces of scrap gets you a rare (or one rare gets you four commons).
'Rare' items are:
Contraption: Show Hidden Door
Contraption: Show Page
Contrivance: Check Time Range
Contrivance: Check Weather
Everything else is 'common'.

We also exchange scrap for Hunters Lodge items at an exchange rate of 25sp's worth of goods per item of scrap.
Rarity values do not apply to to these transactions.

We have over thirty of everything in stock - and typically 2-3 times that.
The proprietor is also one of the most prolific scrap scavengers on the island so we can always get more.
