So, I'm currently putting in a conversation (thanks to Hairy Mary and Full Metal Lion for the guide, BTW). The problem is that the room this takes place in also has a piece of furniture and so "Folding Bed" is consistently showing up as a conversational option. Looking through the contraption list there doesn't seem to be a "Hide Furniture" contraption so I'm fresh out of ideas. Is there a way of hiding that/making the link to it not show up from a certain page?

Not at the moment. It's been suggested before, but right now the only thing you can do is move the bed/s to another room. Or if that's not feasible, how about editing the final Page's name or having the furniture customised, so that it ends with something like "`n`nStop chatting and go and sleep in the", so that your "Explore this area" looks like this:

Explore this area
Talk to the barman
Ask about drinks
"Funny weather we're having today, isn't it?"
"So, did you hear about that thing in the Enquirer..."
"Hey! Gimme my change you stingy bastard!"
"Why yes, I do have a pet aardvark"
"Sorry, not tonight, I have to wash my hair"

Look back around the room

Stop chatting and go and sleep in the
Folding Bed

(or whatever your conversational navlinks may be)

Well, that's uncanny. Those conversational links are almost entirely accurate - except for the one about washing hair. I haven't washed since '97 and I'm not about to start now. It's not like I have any friends I need to impress.

Anyway, I figured that was the case but thanks for confirming. One new room coming up, then a rewrite of the plans for others. Just glad I found this early enough so there's not a whole load of redecorating and room building to do.
