FAQ has betrayed me. I tried running through the common fixes, not working.
If it helps, immediately before I decided to read the chat faq I was playing the catching flies side quest, training dealie.
Running Chrome, on Win7. IE - no good, firefox - no good.

I should be able to fix this, but I'm going to need your Island name to do it with. At the moment I've no idea who you are. There are a range of players with "dude" as part of their name, but no dudeguydude.
Also, it's usually quicker and easier to use a petition for this sort of thing. It's not a problem asking here, it's just quicker there.
