Exactly what the title suggests. I've been planning and designing this dress for a while now, and this is the one I'm finally satisfied with. Kinda. For now. Sort of a half-French, half-English fusion, really. I was going towards completely French, but the English bit kinda crept in there.

This is a rather upstanding Jokerette, expressing her abilities with some improbability. Yes, those are dice. Yes that is an Ace. It's of Hearts. No the dice aren't normal. Yes her face is supposed to seem alien and a little anatomically incorrect (As with most of my characters that I draw, I find things that are anatomically correct boring. So the bone structure is longer and a little less human.)

This didn't take long. And I decided to mess with special effects a little bit and threw in some damp use of water, which was fun. That's how I got the 'green flashes.'
